BUSINESS MEETING RESPONSIBILITIES
Hosts' Responsibilities

The head host is the first person(s) whose name(s) is on the list in the yearbook. This person should call the other hosts to coordinate what food to bring. Hosts need to bring appetizers and/or desserts to accommodate members and guests. Cream/milk for the coffee as well as sliced lemons are the responsibility of the head hostess. Coffee, tea, sugar, plates, cups, napkins, and silverware are always in the cabinet. If running low please tell Hospitality chairperson.
If you are hosting during a warm month and would like to serve iced tea/lemonade, the head hostess is responsible for purchasing and bringing these items to the meeting. The head hostess can bring receipts for any beverage supplies to the meeting for reimbursement if they choose.
At the meeting, the hosts need to set up the food & beverages. After the meeting hosts need to clean up tables, kitchen, sweep floors, empty all garbage cans and take out trash to the dumpster in the parking lot. Helping reset the hall’s seating and tables is much appreciated.
